Terms and Conditions 

1. Transfer of Ownership: The Donor will unconditionally and irrevocably transfer all rights, title, and interest in the item(s) described above to St. Edmunds Museum (the "Museum") as a gift.

2. Use of Gift: The Museum may use the item(s) for its collections, exhibitions, research, educational purposes, online publications, and any other activities consistent with its mission. The Museum reserves the right to display, store, conserve, digitize, and/or dispose of the item(s) in accordance with its policies and procedures.

3. Condition of Gift: The Donor affirms that the item(s) are free and clear of all liens, claims, and encumbrances. The Donor has full authority to make this gift and attests that the provided provenance/ownership history is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

4. Acknowledgment: The Museum agrees to acknowledge the Donor as the source of the gift in a manner it deems appropriate, which may include labeling, publications, and other forms of recognition.

5. Tax Deduction: The Donor understands that it is their responsibility to seek independent tax advice regarding any potential tax benefits associated with this gift. The Museum does not provide appraisals or valuations for tax purposes.

6. Documentation: The Museum will provide the Donor with a copy of the Deed of Gift Agreement as well as any additional documentation required for the Museum's records.

Transfer of Rights and Titles:

"I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally give and transfer to the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula and the St. Edmunds Bruce Peninsula Museum all rights, titles, and interests in and to the following described property, including all copyright, trademark, and related interests."
